Solar panel not charging

My battery is getting lower everyday since new, solar panel has been connected since new. Lighting bolt is displayed
It has been Very sunny as well.
It just isn’t getting any charge from the solar panel.

Hey @Michaelktm,

If it is showing the lightning bolt, it actually is charging. If you have heavy usage on your Arlo camera, this can drain the camera faster than the Arlo Solar Panel can recharge it. The Arlo Solar Panel is designed to provide trickling charge to make sure your camera is charged but it is not used to charge from low to full.
