What's happening when you try to sync? What LEDs are on or blinking on the base station and camera face? Could if be interference? Try moving your base station a few feet away from your wifi router or restart your wifi router or change its 2.4GHz channel to something far away

After working fine for two months, my Basestation is suddenly offline.I have rebooted the system, unpluged power, removed all devises, checked my router (everyting is fine) and followed all troubleshooting proceses to find a solution including the latest updates for software.

After removing all devises from my account I have succeeded in adding my basestation to my account again but now I am not able to ad any of my cameras - they will not sync with basestation.

I need help - and I am not able to figure out how to open a supoort case...!
