Bought Arlo Pro 2 But Downloaded Wrong Software Please Help

When I got the arlo 2 pro i set it up on my computer. There was no arlo 2 pro download from the computer site. I believe it was just the orginal arlo. I had just lost my phone but I needed the survelene to be set up immediately. I downloaded what was available thinking i could just download the actual arlo 2 pro programming later. I want to download what i paid alot of money for but arlo thinks that i didnt buy the arlo 2 pro and tries to get me to buy it again when i try to download the correct programming
