Mi Poco F1 Phone Is Not Working With Geolocation

The wife has a new mi poco f1 and seems not to work with Arlo and knowing her location. Have reinstalled and double checked GPS is allowed. Worked perfectly on her old s6 any thoughts?

Does she happen to have any power saving settings on? this can affect the app from determining locations. Has the Geofencing been completely setup? Do you have any errors?

I have made sure power save is off for the app. There is no pen against the geolocation however when I log in it does. Didn't have any issues it working before until change of phone. Although this evening it's saying away mode even when I am at home and I can see my self in the area of home via the app.

Thoughts?

Have you removed her old pone ( unchecked the device within enabled devices ) and selected her new phone?
