    <description>Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the first of the month, every month, I can not access recordings made during the day. Eventually I can access them, but I haven't noticed at what time I'm able to. &lt;P&gt;Have you tried logging through the web and see if you are able to view the recordings through there?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi &lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/654321"&gt;@JessicaP&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As at 7am local time on the 2nd of the month th, videos were still not showing, and the date couldn't be selected – I know I had recordings but no green dots were showing under 1 nor 2.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I force-closed the app and loaded it, and could see the recordings for the 1st and second.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I didn't try trough the web, but this appears to be an Android app bug.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the issue is still persisting, try to uninstall the app and restart your phone. Then reinstall the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a similar issue and a force close of the app fixed it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
