      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you use the Contact Support button at the bottom here and then again on the new page? That's how you open a case with support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What have you tried and what do you see? Have you tried both the app and a browser? Have you reinstalled the app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The link above worked for me. Also, the Arlo website works. It rather sounds like it's a local issue, either with your phone or network (firewall?). Have you tried a computer browser? Have you utilized tech support here with your case?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
