topic Power issues, dogs always trigger recordings in Arlo Pro 2

I have an Arlo Pro 2 in my backyard and my dogs are outside always setting it off. The problem is my battery lasted a week because of all the recordings. I have an outlet on the other side of the wall about 10ft away. But arlo does not have a long outside cable ( well they don’t have any outdoor cables) the solar panel does not provide enough charge. What’s the solution to this power problem? Also is there a way that the camera can Recognize if it’s a person or an animal and not record when it detects an animal? (I have 2 dogs, 80pounds and 40 pounds)

You can use the Pro2 THRU glass windows if AC powered ( if you have one in the area you watch )
