Have you got your motion sensitivity turned up to 100? Or is it at stock standard 80?
PIR motion sensors work best when the subject walks across the FOV rather than directly towards it. If sensitivity at 100 isn't enough, consider repositioning your camera at a slight angle

Hi I changed it to 100% n repositioned it it’s still very slow n going off just with the light I’ve Enron tried swapping my back camera to the front n it’s still lagging still not working properly any other advise would be great ty

Did you change the sensitivity in your modes and save it? Post screenshots of the camera view.
