10 seconds live feed and then its stops on IOS

Hi I’ve been having problems watching live feed on my iPhone or iPad
I have arlo pro 2 and when i press live i can only watch for 10-15 seconds then its stops
I have android phone and don’t have that problem
Also have arlo q and can watch live feed without problem only problems with arlo pro 2
Its been like this for 3-4 months it’s started after update.
I tried reinstall app and it’s doesn’t help.
Any suggestions will be appreciated

Has this issue been consistent for the 4 months or has it been periodic?

Consistent, but just found out if you go to full screen live feed doesn’t stop

Have your tried any trouble shooting steps? Have you performed a reboot of your base station? What firmware version are you on with your iphone?
