topic IPhone7: Rich Notifications Are Way Too Tiny in Arlo Pro 2

Hi,

New Arlo 2 Pro user, loving the rich notifications on Android but the screenshots Netgear promotes for this service don't reflect the realities on the iPhone 7. The detected person photos are way too tiny to identify, and clicking on these notifications open the app which takes so long that the "quick photo" feature is near-useless.

Is there a setting or other means of making this feature behave like it does on Android - that is, each notification has a dropdown caret that lets you expand to a larger photo WITHOUT having to open the app itself? Or is there some other setting we need to enable for this to appear full-sized on the lock screen?

Thanks!

Do you have a screenshot you can provide of the alert sequence? I would like to try and capture what you are seeing with your device if possible.
