Got a screenshot? Admittedly, mine doesn't seem quite as good in absolute pitch black conditions as the Arlo Pro but my Pro 2 isn't horrendous. This was from Christmas last year so you can see a few LED lights and obviously there is a streetlight lighting the street and on the left, you can see another Arlo Pro 2 camera's IR lights shining brightly

What does it look like during the day? If it's a really large, open area with nothing for the IR to reflect off, it'll be dark. What if you turn up the brightness using the tools at the bottom of the livestream window?
