topic Arlo Base Station Offline in Arlo Pro 2

I see there lots of posts about base stations going offline but never see any clear resolutions. Mine now says off line but both lights are green. Rebooting doesn’t solve the problem. Does this mean the base station failed? Can you buy just a base station?

Yes, you can buy separate base stations but you don't mention that the Camera LED is also green. That means no camera is connected to the base. Have you checked batteries as well as trying to resync them?
