My Arlo camera keeps sending me notifications even though I have it disarmed why is this?

How did you disarm it? Have you tried power cycling the base?

What does recycling the base do? Do I just unplug it or do something on the computer? Please reply Thanks

What exactly is the issue you are experiencing? Do you just want to know how to perform a reboot?

You can unplug the base and then plug it back in, use the power switch on the back of the base to do this, or use the button found in Settings, My Devices, your base, Restart button at the bottom.
