arlo pro 2-battery

I purchased an Arlo Pro 2 system last October. I have 3 set up, and they work great. I have two more cameras that I will eventually mount outside. When one of my camera batteries need changing, I just use my extra battery to swap out. One of the batteries does not charge in the dual charger from Arlo, it stays yellow on the indicator light. I put this battery in one of my cameras, and it shows it is completely dead. I cannot believe it has already gone bad. Do the batteries eventually just die. I have used it very little, or do you think it was just a bad battery to begin with, and, does Arlo have a warranty on their batteries.

Warranty , IIRC, is one year... contact Arlo support.
