Stranger Said "We Got A Blimp." What Does It Mean?

We got a video on one of our cameras late at night, & the person walking by said, "We got a blimp." What does that saying mean in terms of security for my home?

Unless they're somehow referencing the shape of the camera, it's unlikely to mean anything. It's possible that they didn't actually say that and is just the way you are hearing it.
