Arlo Pro 2 speaker is intermittent

If you hold the speaker button down for a few seconds the monitor function will operate normally and eliminate the intermittent sound

When I'm looking at the Live camera option, the Speaker cuts in and out. It is very unnvering. I found that sometimes you can click the mute button to mute it, then hold the mute button down for a few seconds to unmute and the audio can be heard without interruptions.
