I'm having an issue where my cameras periodically display as online in the devices tab but don't record anything (no motion, no cvr) and trying live view says something like "failed to connect, please try again". Support has acknowldged that issue and said the engineering team is working on it. Is this happening to you or do you have a message always on the devices tab that says the camera is offline?

What are the LEDs on the base showing? What device, OS and app or browser? Have you tried the other?
