    <description>Finally got working had to take battery out for about a minute then I removed device &amp;amp; resynced camera had to do it twice but it’s working now</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just re-charged one of our camera's and now it no longer picks up motion - do I have to re-sync with the base ? if I click on live, it shows the area its coveed, just that the "motion" is "greyed" out on the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, the cameras should auto resync... If you can play LIVE , then it is connected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The fact that the "running man" is GRAY means the camera is NOT armed for motion.&amp;nbsp; Whn motion detect is on, the man is BLACK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check your modes for proper arming&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can also try and do a quick reboot on the base station to see if this resolves the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
