windows 10 with Edge and IE11
videos never load. used to work. not sure what changed. however, downloading and playing them in Movies and playing in Android still works. i wonder if they do any testing?

waited on chat for 22min. didn't see or hear them come on while I was working so they closed it down in 3min</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you read the other threads about this? MS' latest updates somehow broke the library videos in IE and Edge. Use Chrome or Forefox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does not work with Firefox either. I have current version with windows 10. Have to download to view.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes clicking on pause and then start a few times works but not always.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
