      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go into SETTINGS/Profile and change your PASSWORD.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;use a strong password and don't give it out&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also if you Granted Access to share, delete her&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have changed mine but she seems to ba able to get into the system and knows when I reset it, and cam somehoiw find out the new pass word,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Smart girl. If you are on the basic plan, you could create a new account, (both Arlo and email), delete the base and cameras from that account and add them back to the new account. If you are on a paid subscription you might have to contact support and explain to them what is happening. Lots of Luck,&lt;/P&gt;
