Added my 5th Arlo Pro 2 to a new base station but always shows offline from my iPhone

Hello,

I have 4 arlo pro cameras and just bought an Arlo Pro 2 with a Base Station.

I have the new camera setup to the new base station but when I try to view it from my iphone app, it always shows offline.

It's working though because I was getting motion notifications.

If I view the camera from website, it will display video.

I switched the new camera to my old base station and it works normally.

Can someone help?

I would uninstall the app and re install it... should work then
