I need access to the Camera Live feed via URL so that I can use it on my own neural network model. How do I access the video live feed without arlo.netgear.com

I'm pretty sure you can't, sorry. You have to go through the web client or app

Any suggested work arounds. or a way to reconfigure the platform? Need it for research purposes

These aren't typical IP cameras so you have to use the cloud.

Buy another camera brand that has direct access. There are plenty out there.
