My arlo system is using a cellular hotspot as its internet connection so I pay for data and its limited so I can't have CVR uploading to the cloud. Willing to pay for CVR plan but only want motion uploaded to cloud and CVR to base station USB drive. Purpose is to record everything even if motion isn't set off, with the trade off of only backing up to cloud motion detection sequences.
