Hi

I have had my system running since May 2018. This morning around 9:00 am PST, all 4 cameras had message "base station is offline". Checked router and internet connection and everything was normal. Unplug and restarted base station but did not resolve issue. Power light solid green, Internet LED light blinks 3-4 times every minute or so, Camera LEDs solid green. Spoke to Arlo support rep and I was told that Arlo Pro 2 base stations are experiencing issues with Comcast ISP and they are working on a resolution. I was given a case number and told they would call or email me once it is resolved. I want to know if anyone else is having this same issue. Thanks.

Ren
