    <description>&lt;P&gt;I granted access to three different users and all worked well for a period of time. Now, two of them have stopped working completely. When they try and access the camera, they get an error that says: "Oops. You are not allowed to make this request." All still works fine for the first person I granted access to.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried deleting one of the accces rights and re-adding. They end right back up in the same place.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Arlo support forum is usesless, the live chat doesn't work, and I've been on hold with support for 20+ minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do I get this fixed? It is extremely frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only thing I can think of is 1) delete the app on your phone and theirs, then reinstall 2) have them delete the app, you delete the shared accounts and re setup on a computer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the one user that I deleted and re-added the access rights, I also deleted the app. No Joy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The other user is attempting to get to it through a web browser, so...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to get ahold of Arlo's customer service, so any other thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you have more than one camera? Do you see the same behavior when sharing a different device?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you have "Allow Access Rights" enabled or disabled for the users experiencing the&amp;nbsp;error?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you provide a screenshot of the error?&lt;/P&gt;
