      <title>Arlo base "offline" even  though I can watch my cameras live</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Three Pro and five Pro 2.&amp;nbsp; Basestation is "offline" with amber light flashing.&amp;nbsp; My internet connection is perfect.&amp;nbsp; I can even watch my cameras LIVE through a browser but when I try to access the base station settings the whole operation shuts down and says it's offline.&amp;nbsp; Cameras have not been recording motion.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's been like this for nearly two days.&amp;nbsp; I tried the trouble shooting tips all the way through, short of a hard reset because frankly I'll return it before i re-sync all my cameras.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Factory reset worked.  I'm returning all my pro 2 cameras to Costco.  The base station can't handle 8 cameras.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When using more than 5 cameras there are a couple things to note. You would need a subscription plan to support beyond 5 cameras (&lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/88/What-are-the-available-Arlo-subscription-plans-and-how-much-cloud-recording-is-available" target="_blank"&gt;Premier or Elite&lt;/A&gt;) and the base station will support simultaneous streaming of a maximum of 5 cameras.&lt;/P&gt;
