Purchased 2 camera unit this week, neither camera will stay online for more than a few hours, have to bring them in and resync with base. Have a fast internet speed, strong signal where both units are installed outside. Suggestions?

Try bringing them in close to the base and see if it still happens. If no, maybe something is interfering with the signal, such as a wireless device that uses 2.4GHz. Moving the base could help. If they still go offline, try a complete reset by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices, power cycle the base, reinsert batteries and start fresh by adding the base back using the Add Device button in the Devices tab. Resynchronize the cameras.
