When using the ARLO App on an iPad & Samsung S5 only 4 of the 5 cameras can be viewed or controlled by a person assigned administrative rights. The 5th camera doesn't appear in "device order" either. All 5 cameras are visible and can be controlled by the primary user.

Admin rights to a SHARED user are done by each camera, So I would go and check if the rights are granted on the missing camera

You were spot on! The 4 cameras that came with the PRO kit automatically were shared when I granted admin rights to my wife so I didn't realize I had to manually do it when I added the 5th camera which I purchased separately a pat a later date. Thanks!
