      <description>I get motion alerts once in awhile. Ive noticed my motion icon stays on but no alerts.. Ive turned cams on and off.. Still.. Any suggestions..?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two things off the bat, and fairly harmless/easy&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;unplug and replug in the base,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;uninstall and reinstall the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The app if uninstalled will make no difference on the cameras sync'ed to the base... so just reinstall app ( enter name/pw )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Remeber that the app really acceses the Netgear servers, not the cameras or base directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
