Motion item stays on.. No alerts.

I get motion alerts once in awhile. Ive noticed my motion icon stays on but no alerts.. Ive turned cams on and off.. Still.. Any suggestions..?

Two things off the bat, and fairly harmless/easy

unplug and replug in the base,

uninstall and reinstall the app

Btw do i need to sync the cams again when i reinstall the app or will it just pick up?

The app if uninstalled will make no difference on the cameras sync'ed to the base... so just reinstall app ( enter name/pw )

Remeber that the app really acceses the Netgear servers, not the cameras or base directly.
