just to confirm, with an Elite Level account I can have 2 base stations in separate locations on one IOS app? For ex: I have a home in WA and one in AZ

Yes. The locations do not matter. It's linked to the email address you used to set up the account. Just use the same account to set both up.

The number of bases doesn't matter not does location. It's all about the total number of cameras.

As mentioned, service level is based on cameras...

On the basic level, you could run 3 bases ( no limit ) if you wanted in 3 different locations on the free account
