Why am I getting the message, "The rule could not be updated (2059). I'm trying to stop the siren !

I'm having issues with the alarm now going off and I can't seem to stop it. When I try to change the mode, it just shows that it's in ALARM mode.

When I tried to edit the mode, I got an orange message across my phone stating, "The rule could not be updated (2059)" I've pushed the tiny reset button on the back of the base station, but that didn't work.

Suggestions?

Soft reboot it with the on off switch.
