Arlo Pro Charging Station Charge Time

Hi,

I recently purchased the Arlo Pro Charging Station, Model VMA4400C. How long should it take to charge a battery? Charging batteries in the camera only takes 2 - 3 hours. I've tried this twice with 2 different batteries and I'm following the directions. The light on the charger is solid amber, which means "Charging" and it never changed. I am only charging 1 battery at a time. The first try I took the battery out of the charger after 3 hours and placed it in the camera and it shows 100%. On the second try the battery has been in for 4 hours and the light hasn't changed.

Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong, is this normal or is the charger bad?

as you did , pull the battery pack and replace and check level of charge...

3 hrs should do it for a full charge but I have seen the led not change now and then ....tho it should change
