    <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually, she should be able to log in normally and use the Add Device button at the bottom of her display. &amp;nbsp;The new system selection implies setting up an account first and then adding hardware - she already has an account so that's not needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I installed an Arlo Wire-Free 6 camera system in my house and I added my wife as an authorized user.&amp;nbsp; I am now trying to install an Arlo Pro system at her business, with her as the primary account holder.&amp;nbsp; However, when she logs into the Arlo app, she doesn't see any way to add a new system.&amp;nbsp; Does she need to use a different email account for the new system?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you go here in a browser connected to the same network as the base&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login" target="_blank"&gt;https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on New To Arlo and go from there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is the first time her email address will be registered as the primary account then it should be fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
