Arlo Pro not always pushing alerts to iOS

I've just added 4 Arlo Pro wireless cams to my existing Arlo network of 4 Arlo Q cams. The Arlo Pro cams are working well, but with one intermittent problem: push notifications to my iOS devices are not reliable.

For the Arlo Pro cams, motion always triggers video recordings, but does not always trigger real-time alerts on my iPhone and iPad. This is very different from my Arlo Q cameras, which are 100% reliable in pushing alerts to iOS when motion alerts are triggered. This is not an issue with my rules/modes, as the push alert behavior works sometimes, and not other times, with no changes in the rules/mode setup.

Try a power cycle of the base as a first attempt.
