First camera went great second one not so well..I've placed battery in,followed steps,no lights on.

Try pulling the battery and use only the power cord. If that works, try swapping batteries.

Tried cord..still did not sync..or blink
Blue/red lights did blink when I plugged it in

Blue/red shouldn't be happening. Time to contact support and open a case.
