Feed stopped Updating

My feed has stopped updating. Another post says that this has been fixed by an update but I have updated and still have the issue. I can only view feed when I restart my phone. I can’t do this every time I want to check my feed. Whereas I still get recent notifications, confirming the cameras still work, when I check feed I just see the spinning wheel with no recent updates.

What model phone?

Does force-closing and then relaunching the app also restore normal operation?

I’m using an iPhone 17, force closing & relaunched by the app does not fix the problem. So far only shutting down & restarting the phone seems to temporarily fix the issue. I’ll one new notification from the camera & it will appear in the feed but from the next notification onwards it will not show in feed until I restart phone. So I can have 6 new notifications but only see the most recent in the preview & none will show in the feed.

Well I’m still experiencing the same issue on my iPhone 16. No updating in feed regularly. Need to back out, close the app, open the app. Works for a while then dead. Can view live camera but not updating. When using history the little spinning wheel continues with no resolution. Too many times restarting the app.
