Cannot get cameras under new wi fi network

Gday

Have gone from my old network to starlink wi fi and want to connect my cameras to that .

Old network has finished.

I enter the new wi fi credentials and continue the usual way[QR code] and my cameras cant be found.

I go back and try again and the old network is still listed...cant find cameras with no connection .

Try to connect again...put in new starlink and password...goes round and around.

Pls help

I am not seeing any cameras on your account at this time. The easiest and fastest thing to do is to go into the new router's settings for WiFi and change the SSID and password to what was used with the old router's WiFi. Any device that was previously connected to the old WiFi with then automatically connect to the new one with this change.

Arlo techs did not fix my problem .The techs were helpful and courteous but lacked the knowledge to help me.

I was continually asked to do the same things ...reset camera..turn off and on.. etc.

Note that i am speaking not just to my replies in this section but over 3 days and long phone calls.

I was promised a return phone call twice...no one rang me.

I fixed the problem myself.
