topic Retrieving cloud data past 7 day expiration in Arlo Pro

Hello,

I have a vmb4000r3 base station with 3 Arlo pro cameras. I have no plan, so it’s just the 7 day free cloud storage. I was attempting to record Christmas morning, and when I downloaded the videos, I now notice not all of them actually downloaded. I kept the cameras off in order to try to avoid a situation in which it may only keep “7 days worth of data” and simply evict videos once new ones come and “take their place”. If I look at those cameras in the app, it still shows a still shot from Christmas, so there is evidentially data somewhere. If I buy any kind of subscription plan in order to get support, what are my chances that someone can send me videos from a few months ago to me? Or is it a lost cause, and literally after 7 days, the videos from 8 days ago or more start being deleted?
