Cant log in to account to Pro Camera account

Had a account for several years with several Pro cameras. Cameras acting funny so I uninstalled app on my phone. Trying to reinstall and when a verification code is sent there is no place to insert verification code. Now Ive tried too many times to log in so Im locked out. Cant call for support because I cant log on. Not a techie and do not play well with AI chat. What to do?

Is your phone set to dark mode? I find that the place to enter the code appears but it's not obvious where the cursor is.

Thank you for asking but it seems ARLO has decided not to listen to it's customers. Based on the responses received we will be looking elsewhere for our security devises. If you attitude should change be please feel free to contact me.
