    <description>&lt;P&gt;To be clear, your removed the problem cameras from your account first, right? FWIW, the router's WiFi isn't on interest since the hub connects to the router via the Ethernet cable, not WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can try adding the old cameras to your account by manually pressing the hub's sync&amp;nbsp; button first and then the camera's button. What does the camera LED show when you do this? It should blink slow blue and then fast blue when connected. An amber flashing means failure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just bought a used smart hub VMB500 and my cameras Arlo pro and Arlo will not complete the link from my old system which was a vmb300&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have managed to add my essentials door bell but nothing else will complete the link to work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they will both show up on App when they start to install but fail at naming stage. I have reset both cameras and hub multiple times also I have just used 2.4 on router but again failed to complete adding to system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when on line it shows me the id numbers but nothing happens when I try to claim them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
