Is it just me or does the new update stink. The prior was simple and user friendly. I can't seem to shut cameras off, I have on standby and removed all actions and they still activate with motion. I can't keep them from activating. Anyone else with these issues?

Hi @Ron6969

Are you able to double check and verify your schedules you have set? I see various enabled at the moment. Can you verify that you are in fact receiving notifications and recordings while the standby mode is enabled?

Your current setup with standby mode has no rules set, so while this mode is in standby, you should not be receiving any motion detections or recordings, depending on rules set for that standby mode. Hopefully that makes sense.

Agreed.

It is now one convoluted system. Used to be able to simply create a schedule to turn on and off daily. Now can't figure it out for the life of me.

I totally agree. I finally got hold of customer support and got resolved but bring bad the old version. If there are updates and changes, it should be to improve things, not make it more difficult and less user friendly.

Still looking for help setting a daily schedule for my 4 Arlo Pro cameras. I want them to arm everyday at 8:00 pm and disarm every morning at 6:00am.

Never had a problem with the old app but cannot figure out how to set this schedule.
