      <description>&lt;P&gt;So the new Arlo app seems to be a bit buggy now and lags, but the big problem now is that after the 30-day trial expires, you can buy a subscription, and they are not cheap, or you can keep the free one, but you no longer have the cloud for recording I have the VMB4000 base that has a USB where I can plug an external in and record but then I have to eject it to view the recordings. How convenient! Thanks Arlo, I'm not paying for a subscription for an app that does not work great at all. I paid $500.00 when this camera came out and was told you will have the 7 day cloud for free. But now not..&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;. So either you upgrade and give Arlo more money or go buy a different brand, which I will be doing. Arlo ruined a good thing. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You should still have that if you have 5 or fewer unsubscribed (legacy) cameras in your account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it has stopped, you could try removing one camera from the account and then add it back. (Just one, not all).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've reset the router and also tried removing and re-adding a camera, but there is no option (model in the list) to let me add it back in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;VMC 4030. Just tried again and was able to select the Pro but then got the base as offline still and it won't go back online even with a router and modem reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
