I am writing from Argentina.
I was able to connect three out of the four ARLO PRO (VMC4030) cameras to the base station. However, when I try to set up the fourth one, the base station does not fully recognize it, and it does not appear in the app either.

The camera blinks as if it were communicating with the base station, but then it turns off. I tried the setup process both from my laptop and directly through the base station, but in both cases I keep getting the message “No device detected.”

I also tried resetting this fourth camera to factory settings, but even after carefully following the tutorial instructions, I never see the amber light. It only blinks blue, and the amber light that should indicate a successful reset never appears.

Has anyone experienced this issue and can offer any suggestions? The base station and the other three cameras are working perfectly.

Thank you very much!

Those instructions do not apply to your camera. You can remove the battery for 10 seconds or so, but that does not act as the full hardware reset that the newer models have built in.

Is this a newly purchased camera? If so, is it used?
