    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ambient temperature may be the issue since the battery won't charge below 32F/0C. Of course, there is usually a bit of difference between devices as to the exact temperature so one could allow charging while another won't until the temp rises enough to allow both to charge or drops enough to prevent charging.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Clicking on the red icon may show the reason for being red or looking in the camera's settings will show info. Red may also mean the battery level is low and needs charging.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
