Also assumes everyone is rich. They use end of life, cut you off, no longer support and turn off your equipment for products four years old. Like I want to spend $1000s on new equipment every three or four years. I have 15 Arlo pro cameras, did a good job until Arlo shut them all off.

Sorry but don't understand yr issues.....

What cameras, what base units ???

Arlo PRO cameras ( I currently run 5 ) are all 100% functional with still 7 days free recording.

Arlo cameras from the first ( Arlo HD in 720 ) and all function still.

Some people have had issues if the cameras are removed and then attempting to re-install them.... but none of the legacy cameras that are in EOL stopped working completely.

have cameras that aren’t even four years old. Arlo will no longer allow them to connect. Can still buy Arlo Plus 2 new, Google it. Can buy but can’t connect them. Arlo must think we’re all rich. Not going to buy new equipment every time they come out with something new. Arlo’s EOL is very costly. Buyer beware!!! All of my connected cameras are Arlo, Arlo Pro, and a few Arlo Pro 2. The system shuts down, doesn’t work, didn’t work for most of yesterday. Internet was working. Arlo must be playing games to get me to buy new cameras. I have called multiple times, all Arlo wants to do is sell me new cameras. I’m not going to spend $1000s every few years for a new system.

Haven't seen your issues and I run all of the same cameras....

I would check the base unit/internet connection for function too.

there was a mention in the threads that service was out for some areas but not confirm TMK.

Can you tell me more of what you are seeing and if there is any errors? The cameras you are referring to, do indeed still work. I can help as well as the community to get them working properly again. We just need more information on what you are seeing.
