      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Netgear VMC 3030 camera. I am having difficulty pairing it with the Arlo app. Does anyone have any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is an issue that has been reported on here. The issue seems to be that users are unable to pair their legacy cameras with some older base stations. Cameras pair ok with new Smart Hubs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not clear if it's due to old firmware, which is what my Base Station has, or what (another attempt by Arlo to retire as many old systems as possible), but my expectation is that Arlo will address the issue, and that they do it pronto.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frankly, I'm sick of this game of having to constantly engage with support on here (both are very kind individuals, by the way) because of yet another issue that seems to have surfaced while the dev team carry out their experiments with the code and the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/647372"&gt;@ShayneS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;any updates on the matter please?
