    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Everyone,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m having trouble with my Arlo security cameras. Every time I try to log in, I’m told that my phone is no longer trusted and I need to verify it. A push notification is supposedly sent, but I never receive it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve double-checked that my phone number and email are correct, but I still can’t get into my cameras. To make matters worse, when I try to access Arlo support, I get an “unknown error” and can’t go any further.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone else experienced this, or found a way to fix it?       <description>&lt;P&gt;The first step is to reboot the phone and reinstall the app. Does that help? If not, what phone and OS version?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
