      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue that just started a couple of days ago. Each camera screen in the app has the word "NOW" in the upper lefthand corner. When this is on the screen i cannot access the live function of the camera.&amp;nbsp; I can restart the camera and it will let me view live but when i disconnect from live view it goes back to the same issue. Never had this issue until now. I have restarted all cameras and smartHub from the app but still have the same issues. The cameras are Pro 5s cameras, they have direct power connection and the Wi-Fi connection signal shows good. Very frustrating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;will reinstalling the app require me to be at the smarthub or cameras to re-enter them into the app or does the app when reinstalled bring back everything that was there prior to reintalling.       <description>&lt;P&gt;no that did not work either. Still the same issue. The camera in the app has the word "NOW" in upper lefthand corner and when i try to access the camera live feed it tries connecting but eventually the screen turns black with "streaming failed try again" written in white letters.
