I am not sure which model I have l, however 2 of my cameras stopped working a while back I am not sure why. I have 2 base station based on the number of cameras I have. Today one of the base stations had a sound and burn smell and stopped working why will this happen and can the machine be fixed? I had it for few years and never had any issues until few days ago it started having buzzing sound and I changed the outlet it was plugged to 4 days later this happened.

Sounds like a hardware failure (either the base itself or the power adapter).

Briefly try the power adapter with the working base, and see if there are any symptoms. Then go back to the other adapter, as you don't want to risk damaging the working base.
