Help syncing to Base VMB4045

I can not get my older cameras to sync with my new base. Need help please!

Verify the base/hub model - the one you posted doesn't exist. I suspect it's a VMB4540 but need to be sure.

In order for the cameras to sync to the new hub, you need to delete them from your account and then add the new hub. AQt that point you should be able to sync the old cameras to the new hub normally.

Can see the base station on the network but the web page myarlo.com can not see the device it says not Arlo device found! Is it some how seeing old device and which was a VMD4000 and new one is VMB 4540-100nas!

that is what the box says on the outside i will look on sticker plate of unit,

Have you already removed all the devices as I mentioned before? If so, clear the browser cache and cookies to see if that changes the display. You can also try a different browser.
